The Slovak Society of Colorado is a "Colorado Non-Profit Corporation"
whose Articles of Incorporation have been filed with the Secretary of
State of the State of Colorado on January 6, 1997. The Corporation's
initial registered agent is Greg Fasing, Honorary Consul of the Slovak
Republic.
